Allows the Secretary of a military department to give certain personal items to a religious group that is a 501(c)(3). The gift helps the group replace or repair items damaged or destroyed by arson or terrorism, when the event is confirmed under procedures set by the Secretary of Defense. Only furniture and other personal property that are in, or were in, a chapel run by that military department that is closed or closing and that the Secretary finds are no longer needed may be donated. Land or buildings cannot be given. The military cannot charge for the gift, but the recipient must pay any shipping or moving costs.
