Defense contractors who get a Department of Defense contract worth more than $1,000,000 in a year must give, when asked, certain contact information to an eligible group that has a cooperative agreement with the Secretary of Defense. The information must list each employee who handles making subcontracts for the contractor, and must include each person’s business address, telephone number, and area of responsibility. A contractor only has to provide this list at most once each year. "Defense contractor" means someone awarded a DoD contract in that year for more than $1,000,000.
