Defines key words used in this part of the law. Administration is the National Nuclear Security Administration. Administrator is the Administrator for Nuclear Security. Classified information is any information officially marked for protection under Executive Order 12333 (Dec. 4, 1981), Executive Order 12958 (Apr. 17, 1995), Executive Order 13526 (Dec. 29, 2009), or later replacement orders. Defense nuclear facility (or Department of Energy defense nuclear facility) is given the meaning in section 318 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2286g). Nuclear security enterprise covers the facilities, technology, and people of the national security labs and weapons production sites. National security laboratory names Los Alamos, Sandia, and Lawrence Livermore labs (with their listed locations). Nuclear Weapons Council is the council set up by section 179. Nuclear weapons production facility lists five specific sites (Kansas City, Pantex, Y–12, Savannah River, Nevada) and any DOE facility the Secretary of Energy, after consulting the Administrator and Congress, says fits the Administration’s mission. Restricted Data is defined in section 11 y. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2014(y)).
