§7441 Faculty and Other Officers: Leaves of Absence

Summary
The Superintendent can give paid time off to professors, assistant professors, instructors, or other officers of the Academy while regular academic classes are suspended, and their pay and benefits will not be reduced.

The Superintendent of the Academy may grant a leave of absence for the period of the suspension of the ordinary academic studies, without deduction of pay or allowances, to a professor, assistant professor, instructor, or other officer of the Academy.
