§7484 Quartermaster and Ordnance Property: Sales

Summary
The Secretary of the Army can sell quartermaster and ordnance property to a person who is attending a school or camp set up under the law when those items are needed for proper equipment. All such sales must be paid for in cash.

The Secretary of the Army may sell to a person attending a school or camp established under section 7481 of this title quartermaster and ordnance property necessary for his proper equipment. Sales under this section shall be for cash.
