Money from sales of certain military items must be paid into the Treasury and credited back to the same fund that bought them, and it can be used for that fund’s purposes. The rule covers three types of sales: exterior uniform items sold under section 7621, supplies and military publications sold to educational institutions under section 7627, and fuel, oil, other supplies, and aircraft services sold to a foreign military or air attache under section 7626.
