Summary
A military judge or a summary court-martial can postpone a hearing for anyone involved if there is a good reason, and can do so for as long and as many times as seems fair.

The military judge or a summary court-martial may, for reasonable cause, grant a continuance to any party for such time, and as often, as may appear to be just.
