Summary
People under military law who resist being arrested, run away to avoid arrest, break an arrest, or escape from custody will be punished as a military court decides.

Title 10, §887a

Any person subject to this chapter who—
(1)resists apprehension;
(2)flees from apprehension;
(3)breaks arrest; or
(4)escapes from custody or confinement;
shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
