Summary

Anyone covered by this law who is cruel, oppressive, or who mistreats someone under their command must be punished. A court-martial will decide what the punishment will be.

Title 10, §893

Any person subject to this chapter who is guilty of cruelty toward, or oppression or maltreatment of, any person subject to his orders shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
