Punishes people under military law for dangerous behavior. If someone acts wrongfully in a reckless or wanton way that is likely to cause death or very serious injury, they can be punished. Fighting in or helping set up a duel, or knowing about a duel challenge and not reporting it, is also punishable. Willfully firing a gun in a way that endangers life, or unlawfully carrying a hidden dangerous weapon, can be punished by a court-martial.
