Summary
If someone who must follow these military rules uses insulting, provoking, or disrespectful words or gestures at another person who must follow them, they can be punished. A military court (court‑martial) will decide the punishment.

Any person subject to this chapter who uses provoking or reproachful words or gestures towards any other person subject to this chapter shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
