Summary

Makes it a crime for people covered by this law to secretly look at, record, or share images of another person’s private parts without permission when that person would reasonably expect privacy. It also makes it a crime to force someone into prostitution and to expose private body parts in a grossly indecent way. For forcing someone into prostitution or indecent exposure, the offender can be tried by court-martial and punished as that court decides. Definitions: act of prostitution — a sexual act or contact done for something of value; private area — naked or underwear-covered genitals, anus, buttocks, or a female areola or nipple; reasonable expectation of privacy — when someone could expect to undress privately or not be seen by the public; broadcast — send an image electronically for others to view; distribute — deliver or transmit something to another; indecent manner — grossly vulgar or obscene sexual conduct.
