Summary
Anyone covered by this chapter who knowingly uses lies or fake claims to get services, with the goal of cheating, must face punishment. A military court (court-martial) will decide what the punishment is.

Any person subject to this chapter who, with intent to defraud, knowingly uses false pretenses to obtain services shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
