§9403 Aviation Cadets and Aviation Students: Schools

Summary
The Secretary of the Air Force must create and keep open at least one school to train aviation cadets. The Secretary must also offer aviation training courses for students at one or more established flight schools.

The Secretary of the Air Force shall establish and maintain— (1)
