§9403 Aviation Cadets and Aviation Students: Schools

The Secretary of the Air Force must set up and run one or more schools to train aviation cadets, and must provide training courses for aviation students at one or more existing flight schools.

The Secretary of the Air Force shall establish and maintain— (1)
