Title 11 › Chapter 11— REORGANIZATION › Subchapter I— OFFICERS AND ADMINISTRATION › § 1105
Before a bankruptcy plan is approved, a judge can stop the trustee from running the case if someone involved in the case or the U.S. trustee asks for it. The judge must give notice, hold a hearing, and then can give the debtor back control of the estate’s property and let the debtor run the business again.
