A court can cancel a confirmation order if a person with a stake in the case asks within 180 days after the order and the court, after giving notice and holding a hearing, finds the order was obtained by fraud. If the court cancels the order, it must handle the case under section 1207 unless the debtor, within the time the court sets, proposes and the court approves a plan change under section 1229.
