A confirmed plan binds the debtor and all creditors, even those whose claims aren’t addressed by the plan or who accepted, objected, or rejected it. Unless the plan or the confirmation order says otherwise, the bankruptcy estate’s property becomes the debtor’s and is free of claims the plan covers.
