Title 12 › Chapter 11— FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANKS › § 1440
The Director must, at least annually, require exams and condition reports for every Federal Home Loan Bank and must make periodic statements from those reports. Examiners the Director appoints must follow the same rules, penalties, and powers as examiners under the National Bank and Federal Reserve Acts. The Comptroller General may audit the Director and Banks to see if they meet the chapter’s purposes.
