Title 12 › Chapter 17— BANK HOLDING COMPANIES › § 1848
Anyone harmed by a Board order may ask the U.S. Court of Appeals for a review. You must file a petition within thirty days in the Court of Appeals for your circuit or in the D.C. Court of Appeals. The Board must file its record under 28 U.S.C. 2112. The court may uphold, cancel, or change the order and must accept Board facts supported by substantial evidence.
