The Farm Credit Administration may use available money to pay for things it needs to run its work, like staff pay and office rent, hiring reporters, buying or swapping law and reference books, subscribing to periodicals and newspapers, paying meeting costs, buying and running vehicles, printing, and hiring temporary help. It can sell property it bought, and money from those sales must go into the special fund in section 2250(b) and can be used the same way as funds under section 2250(a).
