Before getting discount privileges from a Farm Credit System bank, any organization except State banks, trust companies, and savings associations must give the bank written permission to be examined by farm credit examiners chosen by the Farm Credit Administration. State banks, trust companies, and savings associations may be required to give written permission letting their state exam reports be shared with the Farm Credit Administration if that agency asks for them.
