Title 12 › Chapter 24— FEDERAL FINANCING BANK › § 2291
The Secretary of the Treasury is allowed to make the Bank’s obligations in whatever form the Bank approves and keep them in the Treasury until the Bank asks for delivery. The printing plates, dies, and other production materials must stay under the Secretary’s control. The Bank must repay the Treasury for any costs to prepare, store, and deliver those obligations.
