Lets the Attorney General use all the enforcement powers of the Clayton Act to deal with violations under section 3206(6). The Clayton Act’s usual jurisdiction tests do not apply. The Attorney General and the Assistant Attorney General who runs the Antitrust Division may investigate and act as if the conduct violated the Clayton Act.
