Title 12 › Chapter 34A— APPRAISAL SUBCOMMITTEE OF FEDERAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS EXAMINATION COUNCIL › § 3333
The Council picks the Subcommittee’s chair. The chair serves for 2 years. The Appraisal Subcommittee must hold public meetings after announcing them in the Federal Register. The chair or a majority of members may call a meeting when there is business. Parts of a meeting about personnel matters or early State audit reports may be closed. A majority of members makes a quorum, but 2 or more members can hold hearings. Decisions need a majority vote. Any closed-session topics must be listed in the Federal Register notice.
