Title 12 › Chapter 38— MULTIFAMILY MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE › § 3711
Money from the sale must first pay five foreclosure costs. These are advertising and postage for required notices (under sections 3708 and 3710); mileage for posting notices and for the foreclosure commissioner's attendance at the sale, paid at the rate in section 1921 of title 28 by the most reasonable road distance; reasonable title and lien search and recording out‑of‑pocket costs; and a fee for the foreclosure commissioner as allowed by the Secretary's regulations.
