The Director can file a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia to make sure any effective notice or order under sections 4581 or 4585 is followed. That court can order people or entities to comply. Unless this subpart says otherwise, no other court may interfere with issuing or enforcing those notices or orders, or review, change, pause, end, or cancel them.
