Title 12 › Chapter 46— GOVERNMENT SPONSORED ENTERPRISES › Subchapter III— ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS › § 4635
The Director can ask a U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., or the district where a regulated entity’s headquarters is, to enforce any current notice or order under this subchapter or subchapter II. The Director may also ask the U.S. Attorney General to bring that case. Those courts can order people to obey the notice or order. Except where this subchapter or sections 4619 or 4623 say otherwise, no court may block, change, review, suspend, or set aside notices or orders issued under sections 4631, 4632, 4513b, 4636, or 4636a, or under subchapter II.
