The Comptroller General can audit the Council and anyone doing work for the Council when that work relates to the Council. When the Comptroller General asks and at reasonable times and in reasonable ways, they must be allowed to see any records the Council or its contractors use and to speak with officers, directors, employees, financial advisers, staff, working groups, agents, and representatives about Council-related work. The Comptroller General may copy and keep any books, accounts, or records they access.
