The Inspector General of the Export‑Import Bank must audit or evaluate how the bank manages portfolio risk. The review must look at how the bank is carrying out the Chief Risk Officer’s duties under section 635a(l), as changed by section 51005. A written report of the findings must be sent to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs and to the House Committee on Financial Services no later than 1 year after December 4, 2015, and at least every 3 years after that.
