The Commandant must send a report to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation no later than 60 days after this is enacted and then every year by March 1. The report must list each required report or briefing still not delivered, give its due date and how many days it is late, provide a detailed plan and schedule to finish each one, name the federal officials (with job title and agency) who wrote, reviewed, edited, or approved it and how long each has had responsibility after receiving it, and name the flag officer responsible for completing it.
