July 5, 1935, as amended, known as the National Labor Relations Act, referred to in text, is act

The Act was substantially repealed and the provisions thereof restated in Title 46, Shipping, by Pub. L. 98–89, Aug. 26, 1983, 97 Stat. 500, and Pub. L. 109–304, Oct. 6, 2006, 120 Stat. 1485. section 29 of the Act was transferred and is now classified to section 38 of Title 15, Commerce and Trade.
