Title 15 › Chapter 24— TRANSPORTATION OF GAMBLING DEVICES › § 1177
Gambling machines or equipment that are moved, made, sold, owned, or used in ways that break this chapter must be taken by the U.S. government and forfeited. The same rules used to seize and handle ships, vehicles, and goods under the customs laws will apply to these cases when they fit and do not conflict. The Attorney General can name officers or agents to do the customs-type seizure and forfeiture duties for gambling devices.
