Automobile dealer — a person or business in the U.S., its Territories, or D.C. that operates under a franchise and sells those vehicles. Commerce — trade among States, Territories, D.C., or foreign nations. Good faith — parties and staff must act fairly and avoid coercion; recommendation or persuasion is not bad faith.
