Title 15 › Chapter 27— AUTOMOBILE DEALER SUITS AGAINST MANUFACTURERS › § 1222
Auto dealers may sue car makers in U.S. district court where the maker lives, is found, or has an agent, whatever the amount, and recover damages and court costs for the maker’s failure to act in good faith from August 8, 1956. The maker can defend by saying the dealer acted in bad faith.
