Title 15 › Chapter 40— DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE › § 1519
Annually, at fiscal-year end, the Secretary of Commerce must report to Congress all money the Department received and spent, summarize efforts to promote trade and industries, and offer recommendations. He must also make special reports when the President or either House requests or when urgent.
