Title 15 › Chapter 1— MONOPOLIES AND COMBINATIONS IN RESTRAINT OF TRADE › § 15f
When the U.S. Attorney General files a federal antitrust case and thinks a State attorney general could bring a case for basically the same violation, the U.S. Attorney General must quickly send that State attorney general a written notice. If the State attorney general asks, the U.S. Attorney General must, as allowed by law, share any investigative files or other materials that might help the State evaluate or bring its possible claim.
