Title 15 › Chapter 42— INTERSTATE LAND SALES › § 1707
A property report for lots in a subdivision must include the parts of the statement of record the Director thinks are needed, but it does not have to include the documents listed in paragraphs (7)–(11) of section 1705. The Director can also require other information by rule to protect buyers or the public. The report cannot be used to promote the property before the statement of record is effective, and if used later it must be shown whole. Nobody may say the Director approves or recommends the subdivision or any sale or lease. No part of the report may be underlined, italicized, or printed bigger or bolder than the rest unless the Director allows it.
