Title 15 › Chapter 42— INTERSTATE LAND SALES › § 1717
Anyone who intentionally breaks the rules under this chapter, or who on purpose lies or leaves out important facts in records or property reports filed under it, can be punished. If convicted, they can be fined up to $10,000, jailed for up to five years, or both.
