§202 Repairs to Standards

Summary

The federal government must make needed repairs and adjustments to standards of weights and measures that were given to a State or Territory when its governor asks. It must also repair or adjust standard weights and measures that were or may be supplied to U.S. customhouses and other federal offices under an Act of Congress when the Secretary of Commerce asks.

Title 15, §202

Such necessary repairs and adjustments shall be made to the standards furnished to the several States and Territories as may be requested by the governors thereof, and also to standard weights and measures that have been or may be supplied to United States customhouses and other offices of the United States under Act of Congress, when requested by the Secretary of Commerce.
