Title 15 › Chapter 47— CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY › § 2076a
Starting one year after November 16, 1990, and every year after, the Consumer Product Safety Commission must send specific information to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. The Commission must report how many civil penalties it imposed, what violations led to those penalties, and how much money was recovered; this can be included in the agency’s annual report to Congress.
