It is illegal to ship or sell lime between any State, Territory, or the District of Columbia in barrels or containers that are not marked as required by sections 238 and 239, or to call a package a full, small, or fractional barrel if it contains less lime than the weights set in sections 237–242. Anyone who breaks these rules commits a misdemeanor and can be fined up to $100.
