The Center must send a report to the President and to Congress by December 31 each year about what it did in the previous fiscal year. The report must list all public and private money the Center received and spent and give any recommendations the Center thinks are needed. It must also review how each federal agency with major duties on productivity is doing its job under this chapter, including an accounting of money those agencies spent or obligated for productivity work, an assessment of how that money supported the Center’s policies, and suggestions for better coordination. Any report sent to Congress must be sent to the standing committee or committees that handle that topic.
