Title 15 › Chapter 1— MONOPOLIES AND COMBINATIONS IN RESTRAINT OF TRADE › § 25
Federal district courts can order people or companies to stop breaking the law. U.S. attorneys must bring a written petition under the Attorney General’s direction. After the accused are properly told, the court will hear and decide the case quickly. While the case is pending, the court can issue temporary stop orders and can summon other parties to appear anywhere, with marshals serving those orders in any district.
