It must explain how risk increases for sensitive groups and for people with risk-increasing behaviors, describe the cost and technical ability to reduce radon in existing and new buildings, explain how short‑term and long‑term tests compare and how their results relate to the action levels, and give typical outdoor radon levels around the country.
