Summary

For 10 years starting on November 9, 1978, the Commission cannot revoke or change any certificate issued before January 1, 1969, under section 7 of the Natural Gas Act for transporting natural gas owned by any electric utility, unless the person or company who holds that certificate asks for the change. This rule does not stop the Commission from enforcing cuts or limits on gas deliveries under the Natural Gas Act.
