Title 15 › Chapter 62— CONDOMINIUM AND COOPERATIVE CONVERSION PROTECTION AND ABUSE RELIEF › § 3612
Federal and territorial district courts can hear cases under this chapter along with state courts, no matter the amount. You can sue and have papers served where the defendant lives, is found, does business, or where the sale happened. A case filed in state court can't be moved to federal court unless a U.S. officer or employee is a party as an official.
