§432 Boards of Trade Dealing in Agricultural Products; Exclusion of Representatives of Cooperative Associations Prohibited

Summary

Stops any board of trade that buys or sells farm products across state lines from refusing membership or privileges to an authorized representative of a legally formed cooperative made mostly of producers, or to someone acting for a group of such cooperatives, so long as the cooperative is financially responsible and follows the same rules as other members. A board also cannot ban those cooperatives from returning extra money, beyond their costs, to their genuine members on a patronage basis.
