Summary
After June 16, 1933, the Commission must not start any new investigations just because of a legislative resolution. It may only start an investigation if both the House and the Senate approve the same concurrent resolution.

After June 16, 1933, no new investigations shall be initiated by the Commission as the result of a legislative resolution, except the same be a concurrent resolution of the two Houses of Congress.
