Title 15 › Chapter 75— NATIONAL TRADE DATA BANK › § 4902
Creates the Interagency Trade Data Advisory Committee and requires it to have 14 members. Those members are the United States Trade Representative; the Secretaries of Agriculture, Defense, Commerce, Labor, Treasury, and State; the Director of the Office of Management and Budget; the Director of Central Intelligence; the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board; the Chairman of the International Trade Commission; the President of the Export-Import Bank; the CEO of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation; and any other full-time federal officers or employees the President appoints. The Secretary of Commerce must serve as the committee chair. Any member may name a designee to serve in their place.
