Defines three terms used in this part of the law. Export trade means only buying or selling goods that are being sent from the United States or its territories to other countries; it does not cover making those goods or selling them inside the United States. Trade within the United States means trade among the states, territories, and the District of Columbia. Association means a corporation or any group of two or more people, partnerships, or companies acting together.
